Résidence des Alpes is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom duplex apartment in the very heart of Morzine. Perfectly suited for families or small groups, it offers spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests — with the bonus of being central without the late-night noise. Set in a historic building sympathetically converted into apartments in 2004, Apartment C enjoys a fantastic position right on the River Dranse. Large windows in the living area look out over the water and up to the mountains of Avoriaz, creating a wonderful sense of space and connection to nature — all while being a stone’s throw from Morzine’s buzzing centre.
The Accommodation
On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan lounge and dining area with a generous L-shaped sofa — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. There’s a large dining table for eight, a flat-screen TV with French & UK channels, and reliable WiFi. Double doors lead to a balcony, ideal for sipping a glass of wine while admiring the mountain views. Please note: the fireplace in the apartment is decorative and not in use.
The compact yet well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and all the utensils you’ll need to prepare hearty après-ski meals. The entrance area features handy storage cupboards — one of which houses a washing machine — and there’s also a separate WC on this floor.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All three bedrooms are located upstairs:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with ensuite shower room
Bedroom 2: Twin beds that can be converted to a king-size
Bedroom 3: Full-size bunk beds
A large family bathroom is also on this level, and all bedrooms have access to the front-facing balcony.
Jo will meet and greet you when you arrive and is always on hand to help with any questions you have. The chalet will be spotlessly clean for your arrival, and all beds made up. We’ll make sure your Morzine ski holiday runs as smoothly as possible.

Résidence des Alpes – Bookings & Availability
We accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights, except during the peak school holiday weeks where we have a 7 night minimum. Bookings for 7 nights or more benefit from a 33% discount off the nightly rate.

Résidence des Alpes Location
The Residence des Alpes is located right in the heart of Morzine, at the foot of the high street, Rue du Bourg. It is just a 5 minute walk up the Rue du Bourg to access either the Super Morzine or the Pleney telecabines. Alternatively you can jump on the free ski bus that stops just across the road from the apartment.
The apartment is ideally placed for bars & restaurants, with several within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
